Ratul Puri is an organic farmer from Dzongu, Sikkim. The region is known for its natural beauty and rich cultural heritage. He was born and raised in a traditional farming family. From an early age, he developed a strong connection with nature and agriculture.

Under his father’s guidance, he learned sustainable farming practices. He also understood the value of patience and respect for the land.

After completing his MBA in India, he moved to Canada for a corporate career. The job offered growth and financial stability. However, the fast-paced lifestyle made him feel disconnected from his roots.

Over time, he realised his true passion was not in corporate life. He wanted a more meaningful and nature-centered life.

He returned to Dzongu, Sikkim, to continue his family’s farming legacy. He adopted organic farming methods. These methods combine traditional Lepcha knowledge with modern sustainable techniques.

His focus is on chemical-free farming, soil health, and environmental protection.

Today, Ratul Puri promotes organic farming in Sikkim. He also supports local communities through sustainable practices. His journey reflects courage, purpose, and a deep commitment to nature.
